HOUSE PROFILE · VAULT KBE-1061

One wall,
five vaults,
every box accounted.

KBE Investing LLC is a financial firm headquartered at 122 W Hidden Hollow Cir, Orem, UT 84058, in Utah Valley beneath the Wasatch Front — a house that keeps its public scope the way a vault keeps its boxes: numbered, sorted, and never left open.

The wall is divided into five vaults. Vault P holds nine principal-holding boxes — own-account investing, clubs, royalties, mortgages, tax liens, venture and settlement interests. Vault A, six fee-paid advisory boxes, each expressly client-fee customized. Vault M, ten fund and trust management boxes. Vault T, eight fiduciary and custody boxes — estates, escrow, custodians, nondepository trusts. Vault X, fifteen market-infrastructure boxes — clearinghouses, brokers, quotation and transfer agencies.

What the house does not do on this website matters as much as what it keeps: no account is opened, no security is sold, no fund is managed, and no transaction is executed through this site. The vault wall describes organizational scope — the boxes the firm publicly maintains — and is not an offer, an account statement, or a trade channel.

Three house rules

01 · Numbered, not offered

This website describes organizational scope. It is not an offer to sell securities, an account statement, a prospectus, or a trade channel. Relationships form under separately executed agreements.

02 · The box sets the kind

Principal, advisory, management, custody and infrastructure are distinct classifications and never interchangeable. BX-28/29 expressly exclude real-estate escrow and fiduciary work; BX-33 is nondepository.

03 · Nothing moves by email

No wire instructions, account credentials, signed documents or payment requests are sent or accepted through this site. Any message demanding them in this firm's name is fraudulent.

Asked at the desk

Can I open an account or invest through this site?
No. The vault wall is a public inventory of organizational scope, not an account portal, offering memorandum, or trade desk. This site has no onboarding, transaction, or payment functions.
Why does the wall carry 48 boxes when some look similar?
The inventory follows industry classification conventions, which enumerate related descriptions separately — e.g., "Quotation services, securities" and "Stock quotation services" are distinct boxes. Each is kept exactly as classified.
What do the parenthetical exclusions mean?
BX-03/05/07 denote principal-side dealing ("acting as a principal"), not brokerage. BX-10–15 are all expressly client-fee customized advisory. BX-28/29 exclude real estate. BX-33 is a nondepository trust company — it does not take deposits.
Does the firm ever request wires or credentials by email?
Never. The firm does not send unsolicited emails requesting payments, wire instructions, account credentials or signed documents. Any such message is fraudulent — verify by phone at +1 (562) 546-7376.
